Walk & Talk Therapy: $45  50 Minute Session

Step outside the office and into a calming, open space, of your choosing. As we walk together, we explore whatever feels important to you — your thoughts, feelings, and challenges — in a relaxed, supportive way. Moving through nature often helps you feel lighter, more grounded, and able to see things more clearly, while gaining insight and perspective at your own pace.

Cafe Meet: $45  50 Minute Session

Sometimes a calm, relaxed environment is the best place to reflect and talk. In a café session, we meet over coffee or tea in a comfortable, informal setting where you can feel at ease. This laid-back approach makes it easier to explore thoughts and feelings without the formality of an office, helping you feel grounded, supported, and able to think more clearly while still receiving gentle guidance and reflection.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sometimes it helps to have tools you can use between sessions. At Through Ocean Eyes Therapy, I create personalised workbooks designed specifically for you — your challenges, goals, and ways of thinking.
